Customers purchasing tickets on this website will receive an e-ticket. The Customer will need to bring their e-ticket with them to present to a member of the CrossoverTourism staff at the Customers preferred boarding point.

Dates of departure and collection times are subject to change or cancellation, should unforeseen circumstances occur.

Our pickups are made from selected locations. It's the customer's responsibility to arrive on time for the pickup. Late arrivals may miss the pickup and no refunds will be provided in such cases.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are at the correct pickup point at the correct time as stated on their ticket. CrossoverTourism cannot be held responsible for passengers making their own way to the departure point without prior agreement.

While every effort is made to keep to all published itineraries, we reserve the right to change timings or alter destinations due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for the safety of their own personal belongings while traveling with CrossoverTourism. We do not accept any liability for lost or stolen property.

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on our website, we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or current at all times.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
